New week! New opportunities to go after your goals! BIG WEEK coming up! New Phase and Programming for BootCamp! So, make sure you are getting in here!

This stuff is definitely not easy, and if it was easy, everybody would be doing it! Change your thoughts this week and believe that you CAN and WILL do this.

You have a choice. This is 45-50 minutes out of your 24 hour day! That’s it. Make this week YOUR week, and go into it with a new approach. A lot of people would die to be in your shoes. Be thankful you are even able to do this and are capable of doing this. You are able to move your body in ways, some people will never be able to do.

Be thankful you are able to push your body to its limits and are able to get your heart rate up and get sweaty!

BARBELLS for BOOBS SATURDAY 10/17- Get a partner and all of the PINK apparel that you have and come workout for a great cause. Friend’s and Family are welcomed!

Halloween Convergence! The Two Collide!

Saturday, October 31st at 10am we are combining BootCamp and CrossFit classes together! Let there be no better way to celebrate this day, escape reality, and be anything you want to be while getting a good workout in!!!

Best Costume will receive a prize!

Followed by…

Paleo Potluck! Bring your choice of your favorite Paleo Recipe OR favorite side dish or dessert!

CHILDCARE will be available this day from 10-11- They can dress up as well!

A new week is a head of us!! We all have goals and something we are aiming for during our fitness journey and how we prepare is so important, and it is a fundamental component to long term success!

How are you getting prepared for the week to help reach your goals?

How you are fitting this into your schedule for the week?

This HAS to be mandatory. It has to turn into something you just do and that becomes part of your daily routine.

We all brush our teeth on a daily because we know we have to. It has turned in to something we just do without even thinking about it. That is what it it has to be when it comes to working out and making your health important.

Prepare. Take Action. Stay Consistent, and Stay Positive.

Be proud of your accomplishments and don’t forget where you started. It’s easy to get caught up in what you’re doing now and forget how far we have actually come!

You are capable and you can do this. Now BELIEVE IT. Get after it this week!

Your goals are important to us as Coaches and Staff here at BLCF/MAXFIT so do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need guidance. We can help you reach those goals!
