This stuff is definitely not easy, and if it was easy, everybody would be doing it! Change your thoughts this week and believe that you CAN and WILL do this.
You have a choice. This is 45-50 minutes out of your 24 hour day! That’s it. Make this week YOUR week, and go into it with a new approach. A lot of people would die to be in your shoes. Be thankful you are even able to do this and are capable of doing this. You are able to move your body in ways, some people will never be able to do.
Be thankful you are able to push your body to its limits and are able to get your heart rate up and get sweaty!
