Today, we’d like to recognize Stephanie Vittitoe as the Bootcamper of the month for December!

Stephanie has been here since May of 2014.  The day she started was the day she committed to making her health a priority. Even with her two little ones keeping her busy she still makes health and fitness an important part of her life.

She has really kicked it up a notch the past couple of months and has added in another day of working out and has stepped up even more with her nutrition.  We have really enjoyed watching her progress and having her in class.  She comes in with a positive attitude every time she is here, and is always going out of her way to talk to someone new.

We love having her and look forward to watching her progress even more than she already has!

BOOTCAMPER FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST IS…

Today, we’d like to recognize Jennifer Parker as the Bootcamper of the Month for August!

Jennifer came on board to MaxFit Bootcamp in December, 2015. Ever since she started, she hasn’t made any excuses, and has been consistent ever since.

No matter how long of a day she has had, she still shows up and makes her health and fitness important.

We love having her in class, and we know others do as well. She comes in every day with a good attitude and smile on her face and works so hard. We have loved watching her improve and look forward to watching her progress even more.

We are honored to have her here!

Bootcamper for the Month of July is…

Today, we’d like to recognize Jay Kraatz as the Bootcamper of the Month for JULY!

Jay has only been doing Bootcamp here at MaxFit since May 2016, and it is awesome how much he has already improved since he has been here. Ever since he started, he has been consistent on getting here and you can always count on him to give it everything he has.

We love having him in class, and we know others do as well. His energy is contagious and little does he know, he pushes the ones around him as well.

We are honored to have him here, and look forward to watching him progress even more!

Today, we’d like to recognize Brandon and Candace Thompson as our Bootcamp of the Month winners for the month of April! Brandon and Candace have been here at MaxFit since January 2016. Ever since they started, they have made their health and fitness a priority. It has been so much fun watching them transform their bodies and progress in so many areas. Every day they come in here, they come in with such a positive attitude and they bring great energy! We love having them in class and we look forward to watching them progress!!

Today, we’d like to recognize Lloyd Thomas as our Bootcamper of the month for February!

Lloyd has been a part of MaxFit for a while now and has made such tremendous progress!!

He makes getting here a priority and works hard every time he is here. It has been awesome to watch him progress and transform to where he is today. He is an inspiration to many people! His hard work has paid off and continues to pay off. We are so glad we get to be on this journey with him.

Today, we’d like to recognize Ben Cox as the Bootcamper of the Month for JANUARY! Our first 2016 Client of the Month!

Ben has been doing Bootcamp here at Maximum Fitness since 2012! These past few months he has made HUGE improvement! He has been very CONSISTENT and works hard every time he is here. Not only has he put in the work IN the gym but he has been working hard with his nutrition as well, and has had awesome results!

We love having him in class and being on this journey with him!

Busy couple of weeks ahead of us!! Just a reminder there is an added 9AM Bootcamp Monday-Wednesday-Friday during Christmas Break 12/21-1/1!

Regular Hours except on:

Christmas Eve: Class at 9AM Only
Christmas Day: Closed

The FOLLOWING Week:

New Years Eve: Morning Sessions ONLY- 5:30, 6:30, and 9AM
New Years Day: 12PM

We are getting closer to the end of the year…

2015 is coming to an end!!

Have you thought about your 2016 GOALS? This is a great time to ponder on what it is that you want to accomplish this upcoming year.

Whatever it is that you decide, CONSISTENCY, and PATIENCE will get you there and ENJOY the process. Your health and fitness should be a PRIORITY in your life. Start practicing good habits!

Happy Sunday!

We hope each of you are taking time today to rewind and getting the rest you need for the week ahead!

Sunday’s are the perfect day to relax, and plan for the upcoming week. Take time to prepare quality food to fit your training for the week.

Nutrition is SO important. You work so hard every time you are here, so do not let your training go to waste. Make sure you are fueling your body with the proper nutrition to meet your goals and to help with performance.
