Today, we’d like to recognize Stephanie Blakely as our Client of the Month winner for the month of December!

Stephanie has been a member here at MaxFit since July of 2015! Ever since she came here, she has made her health and fitness a priority! We have enjoyed watching her progress in her workouts and watching her get stronger every day. Her attitude and energy are contagious! She not only pushes herself but she pushes others around her as well.
We are excited she came on board here and excited to see what the rest of this journey holds with her! We are so very proud of you Stephanie!

A new week and a new month is about to begin! This is a busy time of year and it’s an easy time of year to get off track with our health and fitness goals.

STAY FOCUSED.

Every decision you make is YOUR choice.

You have a choice this time of year to keep going or to fall off. Don’t be one of those people that gives up and waits til the New Year to start back up.

BE DIFFERENT.

Continue to make your fitness and health a PRIORITY.

JUST SHOW UP. That’s all we are asking you to do. Just SHOW UP.

ONE HOUR out of your day. That’s it.

JUST get HERE and the rest will fall in place.

It’s Thanksgiving week and it’s a perfect time to SLOW DOWN and be present in all life has to offer you. It’s a perfect time to open your eyes and to truly be thankful for the life you have been given.

THIS WEEK- BE PRESENT. Really take it all in…MOMENTS. PEOPLE. SUNSHINE. HEALTH. LAUGHTER…

BE PRESENT and REALLY be thankful for every second…sometimes it’s hard to really see what’s in front of us. We say were thankful, but do we feel it…? Take time to feel it and really soak it all in!

Be thankful you have the opportunity to do what you do here at Black Label CrossFit. Many people would LOVE to be in your shoes!

~We are looking to have a Christmas Party~ MERRY FITMAS~ Friday, December 4th or Friday December 18th- We will have dates on the board, please put your name on the one you can attend. If you can attend both, put your name on both dates.
~NO CLASS on Thanksgiving Day.
~The day after Thanksgiving, we will only be having an 11AM Bootcamp Class and 10AM CF Class.

What are you doing on this pretty day to mentally restore and get prepared for the week?

Mental restoration is so important! We all need it and it is different for everyone. Life is busy, and it’s important to slow down and take time to be with family and friends, or read a book, or meditate. Taking this break away from our busy work and things we do daily, can help us restore for the week to think and feel better.

Make sure you are taking time to restore and prepare quality foods for the week!

REMINDERS!

KidsCare is Mon-Wed: 5:30-6:30PM- AGES 3-13.

Days that we do not have Kidscare, kids are not allowed in the gym or parking lot area. This is for safety reasons but it is also for class purposes so coaches can focus on YOU and YOU can focus on yourself as well. We understand that it is hard at times and you have to bring your child, but make sure you have something prepared to keep them occupied.

New week! Sunday’s are a time to get mental restoration and to ensure that you are getting quality foods prepared for the week ahead!

Make sure you are taking the time to mentally restore and to prep your food for the week. This is a great way to make your week easier and to help you feel better as well!

Good Morning!

Happy November!! It’s always fun going into a new month, with a fresh start! The Holiday’s are coming up and before you know it, a new year will be here!

November is the perfect month to practice being thankful for all of life’s blessings!

One thing I want you to truly take in this month and to be thankful for is your HEALTH! Be thankful you have the opportunity to better yourself and to move it in ways a lot of people can’t!

Really take in the opportunities you have in front of you and be thankful you are able to do the things you do!

Just a reminder with the NEW WINTER SCHEDULE starting THIS WEEK!

There will no longer be a 9am or 12pm session. The alternative is to come to the 9:30am CrossFit session where the movements can all be modified for your fitness level! There will still be a 9am on Saturday’s. Followed by a Range of Motion class called ROMWOD. This will be available from 10-10:30. ROMWOD is a website that provides daily videos designed to increase range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. Range of motion limits everyone, and whether you are trying to get into better positioning in your overhead squat or you just want to sit on the floor to play with your children, ROMWOD is the answer that your body needs to open and free your joints.

Childcare will only be on Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:30om.AGES 3-13!!

New week coming up! Which means new opportunities to go after your goals!

This time of year tends to be a time that is hard for people to stay on track with their health and fitness due to the Holidays, weather, and it’s just overall a busy time.

Maybe right now you feel stuck? Or bored? Or frustrated? And can’t seem to get going again and back on track with focusing on yourself. But every day is a new day for new decisions and new possibilities. Don’t get in the mindset of “its too late” or “I haven’t been to the gym in months, why start now?” or “Might as well start fresh starting 2016.”

This mindset is hurting yourself.

YOU HAVE a CHOICE. Every single day. And it is NOT too late to get going again. Don’t be one of those people waiting til 2016 to get started. Don’t be one of those people making excuses. You have to GET GOING, GET MOVING, and MAKE IT HAPPEN! No one is holding you back BUT YOU.

This week is a NEW week for you. Today is a new day for you. Change your mindset. Change your attitude and get after it.

What are you going to do differently this week to get closer to your goals?

Are you planning your workout for the week?

PREPARATION is the KEY to success. Life is BUSY! Therefore, if we do not have somewhat of a plan when it comes to our nutrition and our workouts, we tend to make poor choices when it comes down to these things. REMEMBER… your body is a MACHINE. For it to work properly, it needs to be fueled properly. You will feel and think better!

Take a different approach this week? Ask yourself…what is it I can change this week to better my health? What is something I can add in to better my health?

Get after it this week and stay focused!

New week! New opportunities to go after your goals! BIG WEEK coming up! New Phase and Programming for BootCamp! So, make sure you are getting in here!

This stuff is definitely not easy, and if it was easy, everybody would be doing it! Change your thoughts this week and believe that you CAN and WILL do this.

You have a choice. This is 45-50 minutes out of your 24 hour day! That’s it. Make this week YOUR week, and go into it with a new approach. A lot of people would die to be in your shoes. Be thankful you are even able to do this and are capable of doing this. You are able to move your body in ways, some people will never be able to do.

Be thankful you are able to push your body to its limits and are able to get your heart rate up and get sweaty!

New Week. New YOU. Let’s go!
