60 Box Jumps total- Switch every 5

60 Pull Ups total- Switch every 10 p2 is hanging from bar until partner completes 10

200 Jump Ropes EACH- partner is doing plank until p1 finishes 200 jump ropes then switch

60 Wall Balls- Switch every 10- partner 2 is doing wall sit while they complete their 10

60 Med ball sit ups total- together
