20 Minute (Partner workout)- Both have to complete both movements before switching

p1- 400 meter run

p2- Max Push Ups

then

p1- 400 meter run

p2- Wall Balls

then

p1- 20 Burpees

p2- Hollow Hold

then

p1- 100 Jump Ropes

p2- Wall Sit

 

then back through for 20 minutes
